We map your requirement
Product, weight, distribution, point of sale and volumes. We define what the packaging has to achieve.
- Step 02
Structural and graphic design
We develop the dieline from scratch and refine it with you: die-cut, inside and outside dimensions and artwork adaptation.
- Step 03
Project quotation
Board specification, dimensions, inks and finishes, with volume-based pricing. We do not produce free physical samples.
- Step 04
Prototype once the project is approved
With the project approved we build the physical prototype to validate fit, assembly and strength before production.
- Step 05
Manufacturing
Printing, die-cutting, gluing and assembly with in-line process control.
- Step 06
Quality control
Dimensional verification and laboratory testing under TAPPI® methods.
- Step 07
Delivery
Delivery scheduled according to the plan agreed with the customer.
